Visibility Across the Product

Conversation visibility is one instance of a broader pattern — who can see a workspace, project, or task depends on a chain of settings at each level. Two gates left to right. Gate one, the workspace: standard and confidential admit members plus company admins and managers; private and secret admit only the owner, members and creator, plus company admins. Gate two, the project: standard admits anyone through gate one; private admits the project manager and team; secret admits the manager only. A bypass lane below shows an RFT project, visible to the whole company regardless of the workspace, and a task-level door where an assignee, follower or approver opens the task but not the project. The visibility gate chain, from workspace down to an individual project.
