All Tasks - complete workspace task view.

Purpose

All Tasks is the broadest task view for the workspace. Use it when you need to search or review the complete workspace task population rather than only the day’s active operational list.

2. How All Tasks Differs from Daily Tracker

Question	Daily Tracker	All Tasks
What is the focus?	Current open work that needs operational attention.	The complete workspace task list.
Does completed work matter here?	Usually less central to the working view.	Yes - completed tasks are part of the overall task population.
Best use	Daily execution and follow-up.	Search, audit, history, broader review, and cross-status analysis.
Tools	Search, filter, group, columns, drill-down.	The same types of list tools, applied to the complete task set.

When in doubt

If you know a task exists but cannot see it in a focused tab, search for it in All Tasks. Then use its status, project, owner, or type to understand why it is not appearing in the other view.
