1. How the Tabs Work Together

The tabs are not separate systems. They are different views of the same workspace work, each designed for a different question: Need identified (normal work or cross-workspace need) > Create (New Task) > Execute (Daily Tracker / RFT) > Review health (Overview / Projects) > Find full history (All Tasks) Example: a cross-workspace need
  • Individual user: start in Daily Tracker, update your tasks, then check RFT if you have cross-workspace dependencies.
  • Workspace lead: use Daily Tracker for execution and Overview for health, risk, workload, and overdue intervention.
  • Project owner: use Projects to enter the right project, then manage its tasks; use Overview to see whether the project is moving into risk.
  • Admin / auditor / reviewer: use All Tasks when you need the complete record and broader search.

3. Quick Reference

4. Five Habits for Clean Workspace Usage

  • Keep ownership clear: every actionable task should have the right assignee.
  • Keep dates meaningful: do not leave overdue tasks untouched; either complete, re-plan with a valid reason, or close work that is no longer required.
  • Use the right structure: workspace for the operating area, project for a defined initiative, task for the actual action.
  • Use RFT for cross-workspace work: cross-workspace ownership stays visible and accountable instead of bypassing another workspace.
  • Use Overview for intervention, not just reporting: when a number is red, drill into the tasks and decide the corrective action.

One-line summary

Daily Tracker tells you what to work on. RFT manages cross-workspace coordination. Projects organise initiatives. Recurring Tasks automate repeated work. All Tasks gives the complete record. Overview tells you whether the workspace is healthy and where intervention is needed.
