Projects tab - project list inside the selected workspace.

Purpose

Use Projects to see the structured initiatives that belong to this workspace. This is the bridge between the workspace and the detailed task work inside each project.

Column / action	Meaning	How to use it
Project Name	The initiative or body of work within the workspace.	Open the project to view and manage its task-level execution.
Status	Current project lifecycle state.	Use it to quickly distinguish planning, active, completed, or other configured states.
Priority	Relative importance of the project.	Use alongside deadlines and health to decide management attention.
Tasks	Task completion/open count for the project.	Use it as a quick progress check before opening the project.
Team Size	People associated with the project.	Check whether the project has the right people attached.
Start Date	Project start date.	Use for timeline context and ageing.
Actions / New Project / Import	Open, edit, delete where permitted; create or import projects.	Use role-appropriate actions to maintain the project structure.

Good practice

Create a project when the work has a clear outcome that benefits from its own progress view. Do not create a separate project for every small task; keep individual actions as tasks under the appropriate project.
