Project Dashboard - SethuOS Docs

The Dashboard provides a focused view of project schedule health and delivery risk. It highlights milestones, blockers, critical-path tasks, and schedule delays so that users can quickly see what may affect project completion.

1. What Is the Dashboard Tab?

2. Dashboard Sections

Section	What it shows
Milestones	Shows project milestones and their progress when milestones have been configured.
Blocker Analysis	Shows the number and percentage of blocked tasks and lists the reason each task is blocked.
Critical Path Monitor	Highlights tasks on the critical path, including due dates and current status.
Schedule Variance	Shows tasks that are delayed and the number of days by which they are behind schedule.

3. Why Is This Helpful?

Quickly identify active blockers.
See which tasks can directly affect the completion date.
Spot tasks that are running behind schedule.
Focus project reviews on the items that need immediate attention.
