Document Vault - SethuOS Docs

The Document Vault is the central location for storing and managing documents related to the project.

1. What Is the Document Vault Tab?

2. What Can You Do Here?

Control / Area	What it does
Search	Search for documents or related issues stored in the project vault.
View options	Switch between available document/folder display views.
Folder selector	Move between available folders such as the Default folder.
Create Folder	Create folders to organise documents by topic, process, customer, or document type.
Document count	Shows the number of documents in the current location.
Upload	Add a new project-related document to the vault.
Breadcrumbs	Use the Files / Folder path to understand your current location and navigate back.
Document details	View information such as Name, Details/Source, Size/Count, Uploader/System, and available Actions.

3. Why Is This Helpful?

Important project documents can be stored in one common location instead of being scattered across email, chat, or personal folders. This makes project information easier for authorised users to find and reference.
