1. Monthly Schedule — Step by Step
A separate Monthly configuration screenshot was not included in the supplied images. The Frequency menu confirms Monthly is available. Configure the Monthly-specific date rule, use the common settings described above, and verify Schedule Status before creating the recurring definition.1
Select Monthly
Choose Monthly from Frequency.
2
Choose the monthly date anchor
Set the Trigger Date to the intended day-of-month for the first
occurrence.
3
Configure Trigger and Due times
Set the generation time and due-date offset.
4
Use a month-end option if the screen provides one
For “last working/calendar day of month” requirements, use the
specific last-day control where available instead of hard-coding
the 30th or 31st.
5
Apply the common settings
Use the End Date Settings, Non-Working Days and Company Holiday
Calendar settings described above.
6
Verify Schedule Status
Make sure the preview remains correct across months with different
lengths.
Monthly validation example: for a monthly rule on the 5th at 09:00,
the pattern should read 5 Sep → 5 Oct → 5 Nov at 09:00 (subject to the
chosen start point and non-working-day rule). The supplied screenshots
confirm Monthly is available but do not show the exact Monthly
day-selection controls, so use Schedule Status in your current build
as the authoritative check.
Example use case
Monthly payroll-input reminder: if your current Monthly screen supports a fixed day-of-month rule, schedule it for the 25th at 09:00. Use the three Schedule Status slots to confirm the same monthly pattern across different month lengths.
