Targeting determines where the recurring definition will fan out. Select in order: Workspace → Project → Assignee.

Targeting check
Think in person–project pairs. If the same recurring definition is applied to more than one selected person/project combination, more than one generated task is expected. Always use the bottom summary as your final count check.
